Jon found his form working 5 years in Theo Randall’s eponymous London kitchen. Whilst there the effortless and unpretentious hearty cooking inspired him, having been exposed to some of the finest seasonal produce available. Balancing flavours and textures, whilst preserving the integrity of the principal ingredient became Jon’s personal ‘narrative’ and chosen form of self-expression.
He has spent the past year re-examining and visiting the culinary roots of the countries whose regional traditions inspire him, finding a path to help determine his own style and personality in the kitchen.
He also managed to launch a series of sell out supper clubs, at his Haggerston Loft with his close friend and business partner Munur Shah.
